Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Nothing on the Service constitutes, or should be relied upon as:

Technical advice
Maintenance instructions
Airworthiness certification
Engineering approval
Regulatory guidance
Operational or safety advice

Any aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul, operational, or regulatory decisions must be made solely on the basis of certified documentation, approved manuals, regulatory authority guidance, and qualified professional judgment.

The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on information published on the Service for aviation, engineering, or operational purposes.

Marketing Communications

By submitting your contact details through the Service, You acknowledge that the Company may contact You for business, informational, or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and Your preferences.

The total aggregate liability of the Company for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company through the Service, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malta, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Nothing in this section limits Your statutory rights.

Compliance With Laws

You represent and warrant that You are not subject to any sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions imposed by the European Union, United States, United Nations, or other applicable authorities.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Translation

These Terms may be translated for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
